NGC: Introducing “GamerGirl”
So it finally arrives, the very first NGC interview and boy, do I have a gamer for the fellows out there! If you’re up to date with my twitter then you’d know that I like following gamers from around the globe. Be it from the UK, Canada, the US, Australia, and many more… The Gamer that I’m introducing today is gaming out of the beautiful land of Canada and goes by the name of “GamerGirl”
So after approaching her for an interview for NGC, being the avid gamer that she is, she responded with open arms and well… here we are! So I emailed her a couple of questions regarding her relationship with games and here’s what she had to say…

My older siblings were playing Nintendo, and I wanted to join in. Now I can’t imagine a life without gaming!
What was the first video game you ever played?
Disney’s Aladdin on the Super Nintendo.
What is your fondest gaming memory and why?
Back when I caught my very first Pokemon in Pokemon Red, because I had finally become a Pokemon Trainer.
Have you ever tried any stunts (in reality) which you picked up from a video game?
I tried to do a quick wall run and jump as performed in Mirror’s Edge. Long story short, I need more practice.
If you could be any game character, who would you be and why?
Faith Connors from Mirror’s Edge. She can run across rooftops and no one can catch her, how awesome is that?
What’s your favorite game at the moment?
Assassin’s Creed: Revelations
Finally, what do you think gaming will be like in the future?
Like the Matrix, except that you get to try again when you lose.
