MoH: Warfighter LE will include private Beta access for Battlefield 4 confirmed

Many people were quick to jump on the rumor train this week when an enterprising NeoGAF member ‘SalsaShark’ spotted an ad for private beta access to Battlefield 4 included in Medal of Honor: Warfighter Limited Edition on Origin. The Battlefield Twitter account was quick to deny the rumors, however, saying, “If it isn’t on battlefield.com, it isn’t official!” That comment was removed shortly after.

In a non too surprising turn of events, EA has added confirmation to the rumor this morning with a press release. People who preorder Medal of Honor: Warfighter LE will receive exclusive Beta access for Battlefield 4 when it goes live in Fall 2013. A similar deal was offered with the preorder of the MoH reboot in 2010 with access to BF3s beta.

Personally, I didn’t need any more reason to pick to up Warfighter when it releases on Oct. 23rd for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Windows PC, so this will just be the icing on the cake, I guess. Were you surprised at all by the announcement? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.

Tell me about it! It’s like a double-whammy :) I am however, upset that the next game in the Battlefield franchise isn’t Bad Company 3 but hey, can’t win ‘em all!
