Get a sneak peek at Fable: The Journey

In the latest video to be released by Lionhead Studios for their upcoming Kinect game Fable: The Journey, you’re taken behind the scenes of the development process.

One of the more interesting things that is mentioned in the video documentary is that the world of Albion in Fable: The Journey is around three times larger than the one in Fable 3. The devs say the reason for this is that our hero now travels around in horse and carriage whichis a lot faster than walking. So, in order to keep you from reaching the ends of the world in a very short time, they decided to increase the size of the world.

Even though our hero Gabriel is not a part of the blood line like the heroes in the past, Theresa, the blind seeress from the first three titles, will make a return in Fable: The Journey. It’s said that we will explore more of her origin story and finally find answers to the questions that have been burning in the back of our minds. Is she evil? Where’d she come from?

Haha, agreed! I’m still not sold on Kinect. I have one and it seems like every game I have gotten for it doesn’t work properly. Well, except Kinect Sports. But, where can you really go wrong with that?
